Shipping policy

We use exclusively priority flat-rate shipping for live animals and use high-quality items and procedures to ensure live-delivery. Packages containing live animals must be received within 2 hours of delivery in order to qualify for replacement. Current weather conditions will be considered for every delivery of live animals, and delivery will be coordinated via email. Stickers must be unopened and untampered with to qualify for replacement.
