Refund policy

We use exclusively priority flat-rate shipping on any shipment containing live animals and  use high-quality breather bags, double-layered insulation, high-quality heating, & other high-quality shipping materials to guaranty live-arrival. We will replace any "unalives" free of charge, with shipping covered by the customer, as long as the package is received within 2 hours of delivery & clear photo evidence is provided of the product-unopened-in its breather bag. Stickers go out of the mailbox in an envelope for $1 and will be replaced free-of-charge with photo evidence of a damaged product-unopened- with the backing attached & untampered. *Breather bags- our breather bags allow oxygen in & carbon dioxide out through a permeable material. Upon arrival, use drip acclimation to introduce live animals to your tank- do not float the bags in the top of the tank. *Tank parameters- all of our tanks are roughly 15 gallons, with heating set to 72 degrees F, heavily planted with shrimp, snails, and microfish, and with average water flow. They are low-tech tanks with Seachem added daily & Prime added upon water changes.* No returns. *
